Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy Woy Woy.

We are delighted to be serving the community of Woy Woy and the Peninsula surrounding area (including Patonga, Pearl Beach, Umina Beach, Ettalong Beach, Empire Bay, Killcare, Bensville and MacMasters Beach). The owners, Jan and Donna, love living and working in the Peninsula!

Jan has experience in customer service roles, providing great customer experience and Donna is a registered nurse with over 25 years' experience. Jan is the main driver and point of contact.
You can find Jan and Donna around Peninsula Leisure Centre helping the local community and playing pickelball.

We understand the importance of maintaining independence and embracing life to the fullest. That's why our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals across all age groups and abilities. Whether you need assistance attending to appointments, going shopping, or enjoying a movie, Driving Miss Daisy Woy Woy is here for you!

We provide a safe, reliable, and friendly companion driving service offering more than just transportation. Our service stands apart from taxis and Uber who, on most occasions, are limited to “kerb to kerb” drop off service. We will always be counted on to provide the “extra care” necessary.

Driving Miss Daisy provides detailed operations manuals and applies stringent work health and safety standards with particular emphasis on compliance with the COVID guidelines.

For your peace of mind, we are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid, Hidden Disabilities and Friends of Dementia trained, approved for Working with Children, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance.

We are passionate about providing the highest level of service to our clients. We love the privilege of being family when family can’t be there and are so thankful that we can support all our clients in sustaining their independence, provide companionship and facilitate their connection to family, friends and community.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
