At the helm of our team is Melissa Franklin, a dedicated Registered Nurse whose passion for caregiving shines through in everything we do. Melissa and her team are committed to exceeding your expectations, ensuring that your comfort, safety, and quality of life are our top priorities.

For your peace of mind, we are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid, Hidden Disabilities and Friends of Dementia trained, approved for Working with Children, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
