Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy Ringwood.

I am excited and honoured to bring such a needed service to our beautiful area. My name is
Annie, and I have been part of the Ringwood Community for over 25 years. After a long
career providing customer service in the corporate world, I wish to take all the good things I
have learnt to provide something positive in the lives of others.

We all need to be able to get around, run errands, and stay socially involved in our
community, and where this might become a challenge for some, I’d love to make this a
familiar, safe and fun experience.

We are a companion driving service designed to help improve your independence, well-
being and social connections. With passion, kindness and understanding in all that we do,
let us help you stay involved in life, chat and laugh along the way, and find joy in the
everyday tasks we all need to do.

We would love to assist you, a loved one, a family member or even surprise a friend; by
taking you to an appointment, lunch, shopping or taking your pet to the vet. Whatever your
need is, we are here to help right from your front door. We will not only take you to an
appointment but can wait with you and bring you safely home.

Our Daisy Team maintains high professionalism, is Police Checked, has First Aid
Certifications, is Friends of Dementia trained, approved for Working with Children, and
holds all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance.

Driving Miss Daisy Ringwood is committed to providing high quality care and support to meet your needs. We value your feedback – including compliments, recommendations and complaints.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

It is important that you provide us with a valid email address if you wish to be able to be contacted or receive any further correspondence about your feedback. You also have the option to remain anonymous, and therefore not receive any further contact from us on this matter.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
