Hello! We’re Debbie and Rob, your friendly Driving Miss Daisy team in Penrith. Having lived and worked throughout Sydney’s Western Suburbs for the majority of our lives, community is at the heart of who we are and what we do. We understand the importance of feeling safe, valued, and supported — especially when heading out and about.

Together, we bring a warm, local touch to every journey. We’re dedicated to going beyond simply driving you from A to B — whether it’s assisting with mobility aids, walking alongside you to your appointment, or just being someone to chat with during the ride, we’re here to help. We believe in building genuine connections, so whether you’re heading to a medical appointment, shopping trip, outing with friends, or an all-day adventure, we’re there with you every step of the way.

Our personal service stands apart from taxis and rideshare kerb to kerb cars. Our safe, dependable, and friendly companion driving service offers far more than just transportation. We can take you to your local shops, even help you with finding specials on your weekly shopping, and after we have driven you home, help you unpack your groceries as well. We do not honk the horn. We greet you at your door with a trusty umbrella if it is raining or just too hot. Then we assist you in whatever way you need, until you are safely home again.

Like all Daisies across Australia, we’re thoroughly vetted with police checks, hold Working with Children clearances, are trained in First Aid, Dementia-Friendly Care and Hidden Disabilities, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance. Most importantly, we bring patience, compassion, and a friendly face to brighten your day.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
