Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy Nerang. Please let me introduce myself, my name is Tim, and together with my wife Justine we will be heading up the Driving Miss Daisy Nerang team. We have been residents of the Nerang area for 20 years. We are looking forward to providing the Driving Miss Daisy service to assist young, disabled and elderly participate in their daily activities.

We are committed to assisting you, a loved one or someone special, find more independence by providing companionship while helping you to appointments, shopping trips, social outings or even enjoy a fun filled experience to see one of the many attractions on our beautiful Gold Coast and hinterland regions.

Our personal service stands apart from taxis and rideshare kerb to kerb cars. Our safe dependable and friendly companion driving service offers far more than just transportation.

We greet you at your door with a trusty umbrella if its raining or just too hot. Then we assist you in whatever way you need, until you are safely home again.

For your peace of mind, we are vetted by Australian Police, have First Aid certification and Friends of Dementia trained, approved for working with children and disabled, and hold all the required small passenger vehicle licences and special rideshare insurance.

Our mission is to assist individuals in sustaining their independence, ease the feeling of loneliness through companionship and maintaining connection to family, friends and the community.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
