Hi, we are Hassan and Stephen, owners of the Driving Miss Daisy Melton South franchise.

We have cared for many aged and disabled persons in and around the Greater Melbourne area and have grown quite at home in Melton and its neighbouring suburbs. That is why, as support workers with much experience in the community, we have chosen to offer you a more personalised and helpful approach to getting you ’up and at ’em’ with your friends, family and community. We want you to live your best life possible and it all starts with Driving Miss Daisy getting you to where you want to go.

We would love to assist you, a loved one, family member or even surprise a friend; by taking you to an appointment, lunch, shopping, or may be even for a surprise ‘mystery tour’? Whatever your need is, we are here to help (and have a bit of fun along the way). We will not only take you to an appointment, but can wait with you, and bring you safely home to your front door.

Our personal service stands apart from taxis and rideshare kerb to kerb cars. Our safe, dependable, and friendly companion driving service offers far more than just transportation. We can take you to your local shops, even help you with finding specials on your weekly shopping, and after we have driven you home, help you unpack your groceries as well. We do not honk the horn. We greet you at your door with a trusty umbrella if it is raining or just too hot. Then we assist you in whatever way you need, until you are safely home again.

For your peace of mind, we are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid certified, Hidden Disabilities and Friends of Dementia trained, approved for Working with Children, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance.

We recognise that being older does have some limitations but does not mean our passengers are expecting a less-fulfilled life! Join us soon to see why we, as part of national Driving Miss Daisy, have the goal to enable your own independence.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
