Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy Manly. We are delighted to be serving the community of Manly and the surrounding area (including Fairlight, Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights, Clontarf, Balgowlah North and Manly Vale).

We recognise the importance for individuals to maintain their independence and live life to the full. So it follows, our aim is providing companion service transportation to “be family when family can’t be there”.

As Fairlight residents Nikki and Andrew Brown are delighted to be representing the Driving Miss Daisy franchise. They were drawn by the growing needs of the community particularly given the lack of personalised companion transport in the local area. With an emphasis of being “locals supporting locals”.

We provide a safe, reliable, and friendly companion driving service offering more than just transportation. Our service stands apart from taxis and Uber who, on most occasions, are limited to “kerb to kerb” drop off service. We will always be counted on to provide the “extra care” necessary.

Each franchise owner and all drivers are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid, Hidden Disabilities and Friends of Dementia trained, Working with Children checked (WWCC) and hold a Booked Hire Service License giving you and your family peace of mind, every time. In the current environment Driving Miss Daisy itself provides detailed operations manuals and applies stringent work health safety standards.

Driving Miss Daisy Sydney – Manly and neighbouring areas is committed to providing high quality care and support to meet your needs. We value your feedback – including compliments, recommendations and complaints.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

It is important that you provide us with a valid email address if you wish to be able to be contacted or receive any further correspondence about your feedback. You also have the option to remain anonymous, and therefore not receive any further contact from us on this matter.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
