Hello! Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy Macarthur. We are extremely proud to service Campbelltown and the surrounding areas, by providing a feeling of connection and control to your world through our personalised home to home service for our elderly, young, disabled and everyone in between.

Our focus is to maximise our clients lives by assisting with their independence through community access. We help maintain relationships, assist getting to appointments and perhaps grab a cup of coffee after your appointment or simply drop by the shops to pick up some shopping. We can even put it away for you. We would love to facilitate a trip to the theatre. We have a lovely wedding option too! Your journey, Your choice.

Our service stands apart from taxis and drive share kerb to kerb vehicles. We provide a safe, reliable, and friendly companion driving service offering more than just transportation, we are a companion journey experience.

For your peace of mind, we are vetted by the Australian Police, we are First Aid, Hidden Disabilities and Friends of Dementia trained, approved for Working with Children, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance giving you and your family peace of mind.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
