Hello, I am Greg Cabezas, proud owner of Driving Miss Daisy Everton Park. After a rewarding 45-year career with the Department of Defence, both as a military member and a public servant, I decided it was time for a new chapter. This change led me to a role that allows me to continue serving the community in a meaningful way.

At Driving Miss Daisy, we understand the importance of maintaining independence and embracing life fully, regardless of age or ability. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our clients by offering reliable, personalised companion driving services. Whether you need assistance getting to and from appointments, running errands, attending social events, or simply enjoying a scenic drive, we are here to help. We can also transport children or grandchildren to school and sporting activities or even take your family pet to the vet when you are unavailable.

What sets us apart is our commitment to providing not just transportation but genuine companionship. We can tailor each outing to suit your unique needs, ensuring every journey is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We will arrive at your requested time, picking you up at your doorstep and accompanying you during your activities and safely bringing you home. Plus, every service is pre-quoted, so there are no hidden costs.

Unlike conventional taxi or rideshare services, Driving Miss Daisy offers a safe, friendly, and personalised experience. Our team, undergoes vetting through the Australian Police, holds First Aid and Friends of Dementia certifications, and have been cleared and approved for Working with Children Checks (WWCC). Additionally, we hold the necessary commercial passenger vehicle licenses and rideshare insurances, giving you and your loved one’s complete peace of mind.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
