Hi, I’m Clyde and I am proud to be your local Driving Miss Daisy franchise owner. Together with my wife, Lillian, and our two children, we have enjoyed living in this lovely community for the past 16+ years, over which time we’ve actively participated in many local activities, such as Doncaster Little Athletics, organising school events and church play groups, and even teaching karate!

I am so excited to continue this engagement with the community as your local Daisy, offering a personalised, safe, dependable and friendly companion driving service that provides far more than just transportation.

We can accompany you on trips to your local shops, helping to find the best weekly specials, carry your shopping bags, and unpack your groceries at home. We greet you at your door with an umbrella if it is raining or just too hot. Then we assist you in whatever way you need, until you are safely home again.

For your peace of mind, all our companion drivers hold national police checks, working with children checks, have first aid and CPR training, undertake Friends of Dementia and Hidden Disabilities training, and hold all the required Victorian accreditations and appropriate insurances.

Driving Miss Daisy Doncaster is committed to providing high quality care and support to meet your needs. We value your feedback – including compliments, recommendations and complaints.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

It is important that you provide us with a valid email address if you wish to be able to be contacted or receive any further correspondence about your feedback. You also have the option to remain anonymous, and therefore not receive any further contact from us on this matter.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
