Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy Croydon, it is our pleasure to introduce you to the owners Hayley and Song, they are both Registered Nurses and have worked in Sydney, Perth and currently calling Melbourne their home. Song is a Clinical Nurse Specialist working in Emergency Department, whereas Hayley has worked in different settings including acute medical care and currently in our local community clinic. Being a nurse provides them with opportunities to care for a wide range of clients including our most vulnerable population.

While working as a nurse in community, Hayley realised that due to aging or disabilities, many of her clients might be missing out on important appointments or the chance to participate in meaningful social activities with the lack of sustainable transporting options. This has put a huge impact on their physical, emotional and social wellbeing. From this moment, Song and Hayley started to explore solutions to address this shortfall, and Driving Miss Daisy is the perfect missing piece for this puzzle. Our mission is to promote independence, improve accessibility and overall wellbeing of our local community.

We provide a safe, reliable, and friendly companion driving service offering more than just transportation. All drivers are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid and Friends of Dementia trained, Working with Children checked (WWCC). Unlike traditional taxi services, we will not only greet you at your front door but also provide you with a personalised experience whether it be an extra pair of hands in the supermarket, or someone accompanying you at your doctor appointments.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
