Hello, I'm Swasti, and I'd like to personally welcome you to Driving Miss Daisy Camden.

Originally from Fiji, I later called New Zealand home before settling here in Australia.

I feel incredibly grateful to be part of the wonderful Camden community, where I along with my team have the privilege of helping people stay connected, remain independent, and enjoy life.

I've always believed that one of the greatest joys in life is helping others. It's a simple philosophy that guides everything we do and one of the reasons I chose to become part of the Driving Miss Daisy family.

For me and my team, caring is about more than simply providing a service. It's about taking the time to listen, offering a helping hand when it's needed, and making sure every person feels valued, respected and genuinely cared for. We understand that every journey is important because every person is important.

Whether we're heading to a medical appointment, catching up with family or friends, enjoying lunch at a favourite café, doing the weekly shopping, or simply getting out and about, our goal is to make every outing comfortable, enjoyable and something to look forward to.

We are always happy to wait during appointments, help with shopping, lend a hand to and from your home, or simply enjoy a friendly conversation along the way. We believe it's often the little things that make the biggest difference.

Helping people maintain their independence while giving families confidence and peace of mind is a privilege we never take for granted. Our hope is that every time you travel with us, you'll feel safe, supported and welcomed—just like family.

For your peace of mind, we have been police vetted, hold Working With Children clearance, are First Aid, CPR, Friends of Dementia and Hidden Disabilities trained, and meet all Australian Small Passenger Vehicle licensing and insurance requirements.

Driving Miss Daisy Camden is committed to providing high quality care and support to meet your needs. We value your feedback – including compliments, recommendations and complaints.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

It is important that you provide us with a valid email address if you wish to be able to be contacted or receive any further correspondence about your feedback. You also have the option to remain anonymous, and therefore not receive any further contact from us on this matter.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
