My name is Sukhvinda Singh (Sukhi), and alongside my wonderful partner Dawn Medan, we are absolutely delighted to bring Driving Miss Daisy services to our Cairns Northern Beaches community.

Moving to Cairns was our best decision as we instantly fell in love with its stunning natural beauty, warm-hearted locals, and laid-back lifestyle. This beautiful place has truly become our home, and we are excited to give back by offering a service that combines transportation with heartfelt companionship.

With my solid background in customer service and experience as an Uber driver, I see every journey as a wonderful opportunity to connect, share stories, and make the travel experience enjoyable and stress-free. Dawn, a registered nurse with over 23 years of experience, has devoted her career to caring for others. Her genuine understanding of independence and dignity allows her to offer compassionate and friendly service.

To put your mind at ease, we are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid and Friends of Dementia trained, approved for Working with Children, have NDIS worker clearance, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance. The Driving Miss Daisy network ensures all franchise owners deliver their services in accordance with clear and detailed operations manuals which reflect stringent safety standards.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
