Hello, my name is Sonya.

I have been a carer for the past 20 years working in aged care within the Aldinga area. I also have 7 years experience working with children as a swim instructor. I am a dedicated individual with a passion for nurturing and guiding others. I have embarked on being a Daisy owner to help people enjoy some of the greater things in life.

If you have appointments to attend, want to go on a social outing, go shopping or take your pet to the vet, I offer a reliable, safe and friendly companion service. Giving you independence, with a trusted friend to get you there and back.

For your peace of mind, we are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid and Friends of Dementia trained, approved for Working with Children, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance.

We recognise that being older does have some limitations but does not mean our passengers are expecting a less-fulfilled life! Join us soon to see why we, as part of national Driving Miss Daisy, have the goal to enable your own independence.

Driving Miss Daisy Aldinga is committed to providing high quality care and support to meet your needs. We value your feedback – including compliments, recommendations and complaints.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
